Kids Yoga returns in August for 4 special FREE yoga classes for children ages 5-12 years old.
Kids Yoga will be held near the Butterfly Garden/Playscape/Splash Park on right side of the parking lot near our regular yoga classes. We are holding this at the same time in case some of our regular yoga participants want to bring their children, 9am-10am.
Given the COVID-19 pandemic, participants in children’s yoga will be encouraged to wear a face mask and to social distance. PFPP will provide masks to any participant who needs one and hand sanitizer will be made available. Participants will need to bring their own mat/blanket/towel as they will not be provided during this time.
Kids yoga instruction will be provided by Andrea Barterian from The Zen Zone.
Andrea is a Certified Yoga Instructor, 25 year elementary/junior high educator and counselor and mother of two.
Waivers will need to be signed by an adult on their behalf once. You may print, sign and bring the below waiver on day of class and we will also have copies to sign in person.
