Handball Courts
Commissioned in 1950, Palmer Park's historic Handball Courts reopened officially in October 2018, will now allow not only great play, but will also provide a place for current handball and racquetball players to "play the game forward."

T’ai Chi Tuesdays, 7pm May 16 - Sept 5 T’ai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. Medical research has found evidence that t’ai chi is helpful for improving balance and for general psychological health.
Peter Guenther teaches outdoor classes. All levels welcome to join us.

Basketball Youth Conditioning/Adult Classes Saturdays, 9am June 3 - July 30
HomeCourt is a Non-Profit Organization that provides no-cost to parents programming, coaching and mentorship to local youth leveraging the game of Basketball in public spaces.
Community Walking Club M/TH, 6pm May 29 - July 24 Join us and explore the beautiful trails of Palmer Park, connect with new friends and thrive in healthy fun. All are welcome. Feel free to join for an experience that is sure to leave a lasting impression.
Bike Rides Thursdays, 6pm May 4 - Oct 6 Enjoy riding (weather permitting) with a fun group of cyclists around the periphery of the park, through the neighborhoods of Palmer Park Apartment District, the Golf Club neighborhood, Ferndale, New Center, Boston Edison, and more.
Henry Ford II leads cyclists on a spirited "fitness pace" of 10-15mph and tries to keep it to just one hour each week.
