The former pool house at Palmer Park underwent quite a significant transition in 2016. Renamed the Palmer Park Community House, People for Palmer Park now shares the use of this building with The City of Detroit. Functioning public bathrooms (on the splash park side), storage space and meeting space for the City and our organization are now housed here.
But to make it an even better place for us to further carry out our work in the park, we could use the community's help. Below is a Wish List of basic items we still need. We hope you'll consider supporting People for Palmer Park by donating. People for Palmer Park is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
