We've got a great adult tennis program, Start/Restart Tennis beginning in June.
Class size is limited to 20 people and last update was that 8 spots already filled.

Community Walking Club at Palmer Park

Join us and explore the beautiful trails of Palmer Park, connect with new friends and thrive in healthy fun. Walking Coordinator, Latricia Wright leads walkers on a 50 minute guided tour through the trails.  All are welcome. Feel free to join for an experience that is sure to leave a lasting impression. 


Free welcome kit, water bottles, pedometers, t-shirts and more!

SCHEDULE (weather permitting):
Every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, May 4 - September 29, 2015, 6:00-7:30pm

LOCATION: Meet at the Splash Park parking lot off Merrill Plaisance.

SPRING Story Time in Palmer Park

Beginning Sunday, 4/26/2015, 4-5pm

Families are invited to Palmer Park for interactive stories read aloud and performed along the theme of TRANSFORMATION. Gather by the Palmer Park vegetable garden beds off of Merrill Plaisance near the splash park lot. Bring your own blankets or chairs to sit on. Enjoy the long-awaited presence of spring in our beautiful park!

Check out Palmer Park's very own Little Free Library while you're there! It's near the Splash Park and Playground. Bring a book to share, and take a book home!

2015 Palmer Park Art Fair Poster Unveiled

At this year's People for Palmer Park Annual Member Meeting, the beautiful new 2015 Palmer Park  Art Fair Poster design was unveiled. This year's poster, designed by artist Maria Petrenko, is now officially on sale to the public in two versions, both $75. 

Pick the hand screened seven color limited edition poster or a Giclee version with more textural detail. Both posters are 18" x 24" and each version is limited to a signed edition of 50 copies.   

You can order yours today and pick it up at the art fair, or wait to see which one is left when you get there. Can't decide?  Get both!
