KaBOOM! Playground Build | Saturday, August 10, 2019
We're building a playground! We need your help to get ready for this exciting day!
On Saturday, August 10th, volunteers from People for Palmer Park, the local community, Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation, The Skillman Foundation, General Motors and Quicken Loans Community Fund, in partnership with KaBOOM!, will build a great new place for kids to play in ONE day.
To top it all off, the City of Detroit will hold a special ribbon-cutting ceremony for the official opening of the newly reconstructed Palmer Park Tennis Courts, Playscape, Walkway and Basketball Court at 3:00pm, right after the build (download flier below).

If you have a restaurant or store, PFPP would much appreciate support in the form of food donations and water, or monetary sponsorship of breakfast and lunch to feed our gracious volunteers.
